ASDL’s associate editors are the key players in the peer-review process. Editors take into consideration the reviews that are submitted about each site, then make a determination about accepting the site into the collection. At that time the site is annotated and categorized. Associate editors volunteer their expertise in various areas of analytical chemistry.

The ASDL community mourns the loss of Associate Editor Heather Bullen to cancer on July 11, 2012 at age 35. Heather was an extraordinarily talented, energetic and beloved member of the chemistry faculty at Northern Kentucky University. She was also a major contributor to ASDL, most recently as a Co-PI on our current NSF-funded project to develop active learning resources for the analytical sciences, and a dear friend. She left behind a loving husband, Brad, a young son, Vonn, and an inspiring legacy of excellence. The new ASDL website is dedicated to her memory.
